A kidney or other non-regenerative organ can also be donated by a person other than an immediate family member, such as a friend, a more distant relative or an anonymous donor. The reform will increase the number of organ transplants and shorten patients' waiting times.

Tightening election officials' disqualification rules
An obligation to act impartially would be laid down for election officials, and the participation of candidates and their close relatives in election duties would be restricted. In addition, the division of electoral districts would be updated to reflect municipal boundary changes that have entered into force.
