Merging traffic and patient injury boards
The Traffic Accident Board and the Patient Injury Board will be merged into a single board. The new body will issue recommendations and opinions in compensation cases concerning traffic accidents and patient injuries.

Leaving the International Wine Organisation
Finland will withdraw from the International Organisation of Vine and Wine for reasons of economy. The organisation's activities are considered to primarily serve wine-producing countries, so there are no longer grounds for Finnish membership.
