Streamlining research use of health data
Health and social services client data can be utilised more easily and quickly for purposes such as scientific research, statistics and innovation activities. Data permits and the combining of datasets will be centralised under a single authority, and data will be processed in supervised, secure data environments.

Opening forest resource data to everyone
Public forest resource data collected by the Finnish Forest Centre will be made freely available to everyone without any requirement to justify data requests. Landowners' personal and contact details will nevertheless remain protected.

Standardised classification of qualification levels
An eight-level framework for qualifications and competence modules will be established in Finland, linked to the European system. The reform will make Finnish qualifications easier to compare both domestically and internationally.
