Finland and Belgium will agree on the mutual protection of confidential information. The agreement will enable the transfer and receipt of classified information between the authorities and companies of the two countries.

Centralising security clearances in Supo
All security clearances within the administrative branch of the Ministry of the Interior will be centralised under the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (Supo). At the same time, the ministry's own authorities and educational institutions will also become liable to pay for clearances they commission.

Consolidating public administration e-support services
Shared support services for e-services in public administration, such as electronic identification, authorisations and messaging, will be brought together under a single act. The provision of services will mainly be centralised at the Population Register Centre.
