Clarifying animal welfare liabilities and fees
Liability for damages caused during animal welfare control will transfer from municipalities to the state, and municipalities will gain the right to charge fees for animal welfare control carried out by health inspectors. In addition, the obligation for veterinarians to report defects that hinder the breeding of dogs and cats will be postponed.

Raising nuclear power plant liability
The liability of nuclear power plants to be covered by insurance in the event of an accident will be increased significantly. At the same time, liability amounts for other nuclear installations and transport of nuclear materials will be clarified, and a state guarantee will be enabled to compensate for long-term personal injuries.

Transfer of foreign service healthcare reimbursements
Healthcare reimbursements for civil servants working in foreign missions and their family members will be transferred from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs to the State Treasury. At the same time, they will gain access to the same 24-hour travel support service as other state business travellers.
