Strengthening Finnish Border Guard powers
The Finnish Border Guard would be given a new task to monitor critical underwater infrastructure and powers to intervene in suspicious vessels and unmanned vehicles. At the same time, technical border surveillance and inter-agency cooperation would be enhanced in the changed security environment.

Safeguarding essential functions during strikes
Trade unions will be placed under an obligation to safeguard essential functions during strikes, such as human life, health, and safety. If the duty of care is breached, a court may prohibit the industrial action and employers may order employees to perform emergency work in acute emergencies.

Mobile telemarketing ban and fraud data
Telecommunications operators would be granted the right to process and share information on criminal convictions in order to prevent fraud and identity theft. At the same time, the ban on telemarketing mobile subscriptions would be extended by three years.
