Flexible compositions for administrative courts
The decision-making compositions of administrative courts, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Insurance Court will be reformed to speed up case processing. Simpler matters can be resolved in lighter compositions than before, while new reinforced compositions will be established for extensive questions and matters of principle.

Clarifying appeals on student unemployment benefits
Jobseekers will be able to appeal against the termination of unemployment benefits during studies directly to the social security appeal bodies. The amendment will clarify the appeals route and remove the handling of such cases from administrative courts.

State coverage of official travel damages
The state will discontinue private travel insurance policies and begin compensating for damages occurring on official travel abroad directly through the State Treasury. The change will bring savings to the state and harmonise travel coverage for personnel.

Approving Protocol 16 to the ECHR
The proposal would approve Protocol No. 16 to the European Convention on Human Rights and an act bringing it into force. The protocol would allow supreme courts to request advisory opinions from the European Court of Human Rights.
