Permanent authorisation for industrial property attorneys
The authorisation of industrial property attorneys will be made valid until further notice, meaning it will no longer need to be renewed every five years. At the same time, the annual supervisory fee charged to attorneys will be increased.

Temporary extension of remote meetings
Listed companies, co-operatives and associations would continue to be able to hold their meetings remotely and use proxies during the coronavirus epidemic. The exceptional arrangements would remain in force until the end of June 2021.

Streamlining vehicle registration and driving licences
Electronic vehicle registration will be made easier by allowing transactions on behalf of another person under authorisation, and passport photographs already held in the police register can be used for driving licences. At the same time, information exchange between authorities will be enhanced, and the separate non-disclosure for personal safety in the vehicle register will be abolished.
