Raising nuclear power plant liability
The liability of nuclear power plants to be covered by insurance in the event of an accident will be increased significantly. At the same time, liability amounts for other nuclear installations and transport of nuclear materials will be clarified, and a state guarantee will be enabled to compensate for long-term personal injuries.

Reform of Nuclear Waste Fund investments
Assets of the State Nuclear Waste Management Fund may be invested in a more diversified manner than before to achieve better returns. At the same time, the fund's governance model will be reformed and the separate research and grant systems for nuclear research will be merged.
