    The quality and safety standards for substances of human origin intended for human application, such as blood, cells, tissues, breast milk and intestinal microbiota, will be reformed to comply with an EU regulation. The current Blood Service Act will be repealed, and provisions concerning substances of human origin will be consolidated into a new national act.
