Harmonising the assessment of medicines
The proposal streamlines and harmonises the national assessment and adoption of new hospital medicines so that treatments reach patients more equitably across the country. In addition, hospital pharmacies will be granted the possibility to dispense certain medicines needed for serious illnesses to patients where Kela reimbursement cannot be granted.
