A new rehabilitative closed institutional service will be established for children who commit serious crimes, and the maximum duration of a special care period will be extended.

Expanding informal care support and leave
All informal carers who have concluded an agreement will be guaranteed the right to at least two days off per month, and municipalities will be obliged to organise coaching and health checks for them. In addition, municipalities can provide days off and substitute care also to those caring for a close person who do not have an official informal care agreement.
