Strengthening legal protection for posted workers

The protection of workers posted temporarily to Finland from abroad will be improved by prohibiting employers from penalising workers who claim their rights or contact authorities. At the same time, unnecessary administrative obligations will be cut for foreign companies and Finnish contracting entities.
