Laki sosiaaliturvasta Korean tasavallan kanssa tehdyn sopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Sosiaaliturvasta Suomen tasavallan hallituksen ja Korean tasavallan välillä Soulissa 9 päivänä syyskuuta 2015 tehdyn sopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Sopimuksen muiden määräysten voimaansaattamisesta ja tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
