Laki ulkomaalaislain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään ulkomaalaislakiin (301/2004) siitä lailla 266/2011 kumotun 32 §:n tilalle uusi 32 § seuraavasti:
32 §Viisumin turvaominaisuuksiin liittyvät toimivaltuudet
Viisumin muodosta, ominaisuuksista ja turvatekijöistä sekä viisumin haltijan oikeudesta tarkistaa viisumiin hänestä merkityt tiedot säädetään yhtenäisestä viisumin kaavasta annetussa neuvoston asetuksessa (EY) N:o 1683/1995 ja sen 2 artiklan nojalla annetuissa lisäeritelmissä.
Ulkoministeriö vastaa siitä, että viisumi täyttää 1 momentissa mainituissa asetuksessa ja lisäeritelmissä säädetyt turvaominaisuudet.
Viisumin digitaaliseen leimaan tallennettujen tietojen aitouden ja eheyden varmistamiseen liittyvän varmenteen luo Digi- ja väestötietovirasto. Lisäksi Digi- ja väestötietovirasto tuottaa varmenteen käyttämiseen tarvittavan allekirjoituspalvelun.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
