Laki ylikuormamaksusta annetun lain 5 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan ylikuormamaksusta annetun lain (51/1982) 5 §, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 970/2001, seuraavasti:
5 §Maksun suuruus
Ylikuormamaksu on jokaiselta 4 §:n mukaisesti lasketun ylityksen täydeltä sadalta kilolta 30 euroa. Jokaiselta 2 000 kiloa ylittävältä sadalta kilolta maksu on kuitenkin 90 euroa ja jokaiselta 4 000 kiloa ylittävältä sadalta kilolta 120 euroa.
