1.Laki Työkanava Oy –nimisestä osakeyhtiöstä annetun lain kumoamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Tällä lailla kumotaan laki Työkanava Oy -nimisestä osakeyhtiöstä (242/2022).
2 §
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
2.Laki työttömyysturvalain 2 a luvun 15 §:n kumoamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Tällä lailla kumotaan työttömyysturvalain (1290/2002) 2 a luvun 15 §, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 243/2022.
2 §
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 . .
Työnhakijan menettelyyn, joka on tapahtunut ennen tämän lain voimaantuloa, sovelletaan tämän lain voimaan tullessa voimassa ollutta 2 a luvun 15 §:ää.
3.Laki työvoimapalveluiden järjestämisestä annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti kumotaan työvoimapalveluiden järjestämisestä annetun lain (380/2023) 48 §:n 1 momentin 7 kohta ja 147 §:n 1 momentin 5 kohta sekä muutetaan 38 §:n 1 momentti ja 112 §:n 1 momentin 2 kohta sellaisena kuin niistä on viimeksi mainittu laissa 435/2024, seuraavasti:
38 §Työllistymissuunnitelman sisältö
Työllistymissuunnitelmaan sisällytetään työnhakuvelvollisuus ja muita työnhakuun tai yritystoiminnan kehittämiseen liittyviä toimia, joiden tavoitteena on työnhakijan nopea työllistyminen avoimille työmarkkinoille. Lisäksi työllistymissuunnitelmaan sisällytetään tarvittaessa työnhakijan palvelutarpeen mukaisia julkisia työvoimapalveluja sekä muita työnhakijan osaamista, työmarkkinavalmiuksia sekä työ- ja toimintakykyä lisääviä palveluja ja työnhakuun tai yritystoiminnan kehittämiseen sekä työllistymiseen vaikuttavan työ- ja toimintakyvyn tai terveydentilan selvittämiseen liittyviä toimia.
112 §Asiakastietojen käyttötarkoitukset
Asiakkaiden ja työvoimapalvelujen tuottajien tietoja voidaan käyttää:
2) kotoutumisen edistämisestä annetussa laissa, työttömyysturvalaissa, kuntouttavasta työtoiminnasta annetussa laissa ja ammatillisesta koulutuksesta annetussa laissa työvoimaviranomaiselle tai kehittämis- ja hallintokeskukselle säädettyjen tehtävien hoitamiseen sekä elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskuksista sekä elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskusten kehittämis- ja hallintokeskuksesta annetussa laissa (897/2009) kehittämis- ja hallintokeskukselle säädettyjen kansainvälisen rekrytoinnin palveluihin liittyvien tehtävien sekä työvoimapalveluihin ja työttömyysturvaan liittyvän neuvonnan hoitamiseen;
