Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan eräistä oikeudenkäynneistä kunnan tai kuntainliiton palveluksessa oleville aiheutuvien kustannusten korvaamisesta kunnan tai kuntainliiton varoista annetun lain (21/1984) 1 a §, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 266/2002, seuraavasti:

Mitä tässä laissa säädetään kuntainliitosta, on sovellettava myös kuntayhtymään, hyvinvointialueeseen ja hyvinvointiyhtymään.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
