Laki merituulivoimasta talousvyöhykkeellä annetun lain 7 ja 11 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan merituulivoimasta talousvyöhykkeellä annetun lain (937/2024) 7 §:n 1 momentti ja 11 §:n 2 momentti seuraavasti:
7 §Kilpailutukseen osallistuminen
Oikeus osallistua kilpailutukseen on yrityksellä, yhteisöllä ja niiden ryhmittymällä. Osallistujalla on oltava riittävä osaaminen, kokemus, luotettavuus ja taloudelliset valmiudet merituulivoimahankkeen edistämiseen.
11 §Poissulkemisperusteet
Energiaviraston tulee sulkea osallistuja kilpailutuksen ulkopuolelle, jos sen omistus muuttuu kilpailutuksen aikana siten, ettei se enää täytä kilpailutukseen osallistumisen edellytyksiä.
