Laki julkisesta työvoima- ja yrityspalvelusta annetun lain 12 luvun muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään julkisesta työvoima- ja yrityspalvelusta annetun lain (916/2012) 12 lukuun siitä lailla 1366/2014 kumotun 9 §:n tilalle uusi 9 § seuraavasti:
12 luku – Julkisen työvoima- ja yrityspalvelun toimeenpano ja siihen liittyvä yhteistyö
9 §Palkkatuen, valtion virastolle tai laitokselle osoitettavan määrärahan ja starttirahan rahoitus
Edellä 7 luvun 1 §:ssä tarkoitetusta palkkatuesta ja 7 luvun 15 §:n mukaan valtion virastolle ja laitokselle osoitettavista määrärahoista rahoitetaan enintään peruspäivärahaa vastaava määrä työttömyysetuusmäärärahoista. Työttömyysetuusmäärärahoista rahoitettava osuus on kuitenkin enintään palkkatukijaksoa vastaavaan ajanjaksoon sisältyviltä työttömyysetuuden maksupäiviltä maksettavaa peruspäivärahaa vastaava määrä. Peruspäivärahaa vastaavan määrän yli menevä osuus rahoitetaan työllisyysmäärärahoista.
Peruspäivärahan määrällä tarkoitetaan työttömyysturvalain 6 luvun 1 §:n 1 momentissa tarkoitettua peruspäivärahan määrää ilman korotusosaa.
Työttömälle työnhakijalle myönnetty 8 luvun 1 §:ssä tarkoitettu starttiraha rahoitetaan työttömyysetuusmäärärahoista koko tukikauden ajan. Muulle kuin työttömälle työnhakijalle myönnetty starttiraha rahoitetaan työllisyysmäärärahoista.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
