Laki Suomen Pankin virkamiehistä annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan Suomen Pankin virkamiehistä annetun lain (1166/1998) 27 §:n 1 momentti sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1231/2004, sekä lisätään lakiin uusi 58 b § seuraavasti:

Virkamiesten yleinen eroamisikä on 70 vuotta.
58 b §
Ennen 1 päivää tammikuuta 1992 alkaneeseen Suomen Pankin palvelussuhteeseen sovellettavaa 60 vuoden eläkeikää korotetaan niin, että jos Suomen Pankin eläkesäännön mukainen eläkeikä täyttyy vuonna:
2018, eläkeikää korotetaan kolmella kuukaudella;
2019, eläkeikää korotetaan kuudella kuukaudella;
2020, eläkeikää korotetaan yhdeksällä kuukaudella;
2021, eläkeikää korotetaan vuodella;
2022, eläkeikää korotetaan vuodella ja kolmella kuukaudella;
2023, eläkeikää korotetaan vuodella ja kuudella kuukaudella;
2024, eläkeikää korotetaan vuodella ja yhdeksällä kuukaudella;
2025 tai sen jälkeen, eläkeikää korotetaan kahdella vuodella.
Edellä 1 momentissa tarkoitettu 60 vuoden eläkeikä voi kuitenkin nousta korkeintaan julkisten alojen eläkelain (81/2016) 10 §:n 2 ja 3 momentissa kullekin ikäluokalle säädetyn alimman vanhuuseläkeiän tasolle.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Lain 27 §:n 1 momentti tulee voimaan 1 päivänä tammikuuta 2018 asteittain siten, että vuonna 1957 ja sitä ennen syntyneillä eroamisikä on 68 vuotta, vuosina 1958−1961 syntyneillä 69 vuotta ja vuonna 1962 ja sen jälkeen syntyneillä 70 vuotta.
