1.Laki lapsilisälain 7 §:n väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään lapsilisälain (796/1992) 7 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1218/2019, väliaikaisesti uusi 5 momentti seuraavasti:
7 §Lapsilisän määrä
Lapsilisä maksetaan kaksinkertaisena vuoden 2022 joulukuulta.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 ja on voimassa 31 päivään joulukuuta 2022.
Tätä lakia sovelletaan joulukuulta 2022 maksettavaan lapsilisään, vaikka se maksettaisiin lain voimassaolon päättymisen jälkeen.
2.Laki toimeentulotuesta annetun lain 11 §:n väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan väliaikaisesti toimeentulotuesta annetun lain (1412/1997) 11 §:n 2 momentin 8 kohta, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1172/2018, ja lisätään 11 §:n 2 momenttiin, sellaisena kuin se on laeissa 49/2005, 1218/2005, 583/2007, 1107/2016 ja 1172/2018, väliaikaisesti uusi 9 kohta seuraavasti:
11 §Huomioon otettavat tulot
Tulona ei kuitenkaan oteta huomioon:
8) opintotukilain (65/1994) 11 §:n 7 momentin mukaan maksettavaa opintorahan oppimateriaalilisää;
9) lapsilisälain (796/1992) 7 §:n 5 momentissa tarkoitettua lapsilisää siltä osin, kuin sen määrä ylittää mainitun pykälän 1—4 momentissa säädetyn lapsilisän määrän.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 ja on voimassa 31 päivään joulukuuta 2022.
Tätä lakia sovelletaan joulukuulta 2022 maksettavaan toimeentulotukeen, vaikka se maksettaisiin lain voimassaolon päättymisen jälkeen.
