Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan talous- ja rahaliiton vakaudesta, yhteensovittamisesta sekä ohjauksesta ja hallinnasta tehdyn sopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta ja sopimuksen soveltamisesta sekä julkisen talouden monivuotisia kehyksiä koskevista vaatimuksista annetun lain (869/2012) 3 §:n 2 momentti ja 7 §:n 2 momentti seuraavasti:
3 §Korjausmekanismi
Jos neuvosto antaa Suomelle julkisyhteisöjen rahoitusaseman valvonnan sekä talouspolitiikan valvonnan ja yhteensovittamisen tehostamisesta annetun neuvoston asetuksen (EY) N:o 1466/97 6 artiklan 2 kohdan toisessa alakohdassa tarkoitetun suosituksen tarvittaviksi toimiksi, valtioneuvoston tulee antaa eduskunnalle perustuslain 44 §:ssä säädetty valtioneuvoston selonteko. Selonteon tulee sisältää arvio rakenteellisen rahoitusaseman poikkeaman määrästä verrattuna keskipitkän aikavälin tavoitteeseen tai siihen johtavaan sopeuttamisuraan sekä selostus tarvittavista lainsäädäntö- ja muista toimenpiteistä, joilla poikkeama korjataan viimeistään seuraavan kalenterivuoden loppuun mennessä.
7 §Lain noudattamisen valvonta
Valtiontalouden tarkastusvirasto ilmoittaa valvonnan perusteella tekemistään johtopäätöksistä valtioneuvostolle. Valtioneuvosto antaa julkisen kannanoton siltä osin kuin se ei yhdy tarkastusviraston johtopäätöksiin, joiden mukaan tätä lakia ei ole noudatettu.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
