Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan kotoutumisen edistämisestä annetun lain (1386/2010) 87 §:n 1 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1134/2014, sekä lisätään 54 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1134/2014, uusi 2 momentti seuraavasti:
54 §Korvauksen maksaminen
Edellä 45 §:ssä tarkoitettu laskennallinen korvaus voidaan maksaa kunnalle ilman erillistä hakemusta.
87 §Tiedoksisaantioikeus
Työ- ja elinkeinoministeriöllä, aluehallintovirastolla, elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskuksella, kehittämis- ja hallintokeskuksella, työ- ja elinkeinotoimistolla, kunnan viranomaisella, Kansaneläkelaitoksella sekä Väestörekisterikeskuksella on oikeus saada maksutta ja salassapitosäännösten estämättä 2, 5 ja 6 luvun mukaisten tehtävien suorittamiseksi välttämättömät tiedot toisiltaan, Maahanmuuttovirastolta, vastaanotto- ja järjestelykeskukselta, kotoutumista tukevien toimenpiteiden ja palvelujen tuottajalta sekä ilman huoltajaa olevalle lapselle määrätyltä edustajalta.
