Laki majoitus- ja ravitsemistoiminnasta annetun lain väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään majoitus- ja ravitsemistoiminnasta annettuun lakiin (308/2006) väliaikaisesti uusi 3 a § seuraavasti:
3 a §Ravitsemisliikkeiden aukiolon väliaikainen rajoittaminen
Ravitsemisliike ja siihen kuuluvat sisä- ja ulkotilat on pidettävä suljettuina asiakkailta.
Mitä 1 momentissa säädetään, ei koske ruoan tai juoman myymistä ravitsemisliikkeestä muualla nautittavaksi.
Mitä 1 momentissa säädetään ei koske 1 §:n 3 momentissa tarkoitettuja henkilöstöravintoloita.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 ja on voimassa 31 päivään toukokuuta 2020.
