Laki Kevasta annetun lain 3 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään Kevasta annetun lain (66/2016) 3 §:ään uusi 4 momentti seuraavasti:
3 §Kevan jäsenyhteisöt
Ammattikorkeakoululaissa (932/2014) tarkoitetulla ammattikorkeakouluosakeyhtiöllä, joka on Kevan jäsenyhteisö 1 päivänä huhtikuuta 2017, on oikeus pysyä Kevan jäsenyhteisönä vuoden 2025 loppuun riippumatta yhtiön omistussuhteissa tapahtuvista muutoksista.
