Laki Kevasta annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan Kevasta annetun lain (66/2016) 2 §:n 1 momentin 1 kohta, sekä lisätään lakiin uusi 25 a § seuraavasti:
2 §Kevan tehtävät
Kevan tehtävänä on hoitaa:
1) julkisten alojen eläkelain (81/2016) mukaisen kunta-alan, valtion, evankelis-luterilaisen kirkon ja Kansaneläkelaitoksen henkilöstön eläketurvan toimeenpanoa, kunta-alan, valtion ja evankelis-luterilaisen kirkon henkilöstön työkyvyttömyysriskin vähentämiseen liittyvää toimintaa sekä muita mainitussa laissa säädettyjä tehtäviä;
25 a §Riskiarvio
Kevan hallituksen ja johdon tulee tehdä strategisen päätöksenteon ja riskienhallinnan osana riskiarvio, jossa arvioidaan:
1) oleellisten riskien vaikutus Kevan toimintaan;
2) ne toimenpiteet, jotka ovat aiheellisia arvioinnissa esiin nousseiden riskien hallitsemiseksi.
Riskiarvio on päivitettävä säännöllisesti sekä viipymättä, jos riskit ovat merkittävästi muuttuneet.
Kevan on toimitettava valtiovarainministeriölle 6 §:n ja Finanssivalvonnalle 7 §:n mukaista valvontatehtävää varten yhteenveto riskiarviosta sekä siitä tehdyt johtopäätökset. Valtiovarainministeriölle ja Finanssivalvonnalle toimitettavan yhteenvedon tulee sisältää ainakin riskiarvion tulokset, kuvaus käytetyistä menetelmistä ja tärkeimmät oletukset.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 . Sen 25 a § tulee kuitenkin voimaan vasta 1 päivänä tammikuuta 2020.
