Laki ylimääräisistä urheilijaeläkkeistä annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan ylimääräisistä urheilijaeläkkeistä annetun lain (1419/2014) 1 §:n 1 momentti, 2 §:n 2 momentti ja 4 § ja lisätään 1 §:ään uusi 3 momentti sekä 2 §:ään uusi 3 momentti, jolloin nykyinen 3 momentti siirtyy 4 momentiksi, seuraavasti:
1 §
Ylimääräinen urheilijaeläke voidaan myöntää urheilijalle, joka asuu tai on asunut pysyvästi Suomessa, tunnustukseksi hänen olympiakisoissa tai paralympiakisoissa saamastaan kultamitalista. Erityisestä syystä eläke voidaan myöntää myös merkittävästä kansainvälisestä urheilu-urasta.
Erityisen ansioituneelle olympiavoittajalle tai paralympiavoittajalle voidaan erityisestä syystä myöntää ylimääräinen urheilijaeläke, vaikka hänen tulonsa ylittäisivät 2 §:n 1 momentissa tarkoitetun tulorajan.
2 §
Ylimääräinen urheilijaeläke on 1 339,57 euroa kuukaudessa. Osaeläke on puolet täyden eläkkeen määrästä.
Osaeläke voidaan korottaa täydeksi eläkkeeksi eläkkeensaajan hakemuksesta, jos eläkkeensaajan eläke- ja muut tulot kansaneläketuloa lukuun ottamatta jäävät alle 1 momentissa säädetyn urheilijaeläkkeen määrän.
4 §
Myönnettävien eläkkeiden enimmäislukumäärä vahvistetaan vuosittain valtion talousarviossa. Eläkkeen maksaa Keva.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Ennen 1 päivää tammikuuta 2020 myönnettäviin eläkkeisiin sovelletaan tämän lain voimaan tullessa voimassa olleita säännöksiä.
