Laki julkisyhteisöjen henkilöstöltä vaadittavasta kielitaidosta annetun lain 12 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan julkisyhteisöjen henkilöstöltä vaadittavasta kielitaidosta annetun lain (424/2003) 12 § seuraavasti:
12 §Maksut
Kielitutkintolautakunnan järjestämään kielitutkintoon osallistumisesta ja lautakunnan päätöksistä sekä tutkintosuoritusten vastaanottajan järjestämään tutkintoon osallistumisesta peritään maksu julkisoikeudellisena suoritteena valtion maksuperustelain (150/1992) mukaisesti. Maksun suuruudesta annetaan tarkempia säännöksiä opetus- ja kulttuuriministeriön asetuksella.
Poiketen siitä, mitä 1 momentissa säädetään, suomen tai ruotsin kielen erinomaista taitoa osoittavaan valtionhallinnon kielitutkintoon osallistumisesta ja tällaista tutkintoa koskevasta lautakunnan päätöksestä ei peritä maksua henkilöltä, joka on:
1) suorittanut ylioppilastutkinnosta annetussa laissa (502/2019) tarkoitetun tutkinnon tai vastaavan ulkomaisen tutkinnon;
2) suorittamassa korkeakoulututkintoa; tai
3) suorittanut korkeakoulututkinnon.
Edellä 2 momentissa tarkoitetuissa tilanteissa tutkintoon saa ilmoittautua maksutta kolme kertaa.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Tätä lakia sovelletaan lain voimaan tultua järjestettyihin kielitutkintoihin myös silloin, jos henkilö on ilmoittautunut tutkintoon ennen tämän lain voimaan tuloa.
