1.Laki valtion rahoituksesta evankelis-luterilaiselle kirkolle eräisiin yhteiskunnallisiin tehtäviin annetun lain 2 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan valtion rahoituksesta evankelis-luterilaiselle kirkolle eräisiin yhteiskunnallisiin tehtäviin annetun lain (430/2015) 2 §:n 3 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1324/2016, seuraavasti:
2 §
Poiketen siitä, mitä 2 momentissa säädetään rahoituksen määrän korottamisesta, kuluttajahintaindeksin mukaista yleisen hintatason muutosta vuosina 2017—2019 ei oteta huomioon ja rahoitusta korotetaan vuosina 2024—2027 vuosittain määrällä, joka vastaa kuluttajahintaindeksin nousua vähennettynä yhdellä prosenttiyksiköllä.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
2.Laki ortodoksisesta kirkosta annetun lain 119 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan ortodoksisesta kirkosta annetun lain (985/2006) 119 §:n 3 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1325/2016, seuraavasti:

Poiketen siitä, mitä 2 momentissa säädetään määrärahan mitoituksesta, kustannustason arvioitua muutosta vuosina 2017–2019 ei oteta huomioon määrärahan mitoituksessa ja määrärahaa korotetaan vuosina 2024–2027 vuosittain määrällä, joka vastaa kuluttajahintaindeksin nousua vähennettynä yhdellä prosenttiyksiköllä.
