2 §Määritelmät
Tässä laissa tarkoitetaan:
18) yleisesti saatavilla olevalla latauspisteellä 17 kohdassa mainitun asetuksen 2 artiklan 48 kohdassa tarkoitettua latauspistettä, joka on mainitun artiklan 45 kohdassa tarkoitetulla tavalla yleisesti saatavilla oleva ja jonka mittauslaite täyttää mittauslaitelaissa (707/2011) säädetyt vaatimukset.
