Laki sosiaali- ja terveysalan yhdistysten ja säätiöiden rahoituksesta annetun lain 5 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan sosiaali- ja terveysalan yhdistysten ja säätiöiden rahoituksesta annetun lain (284/2023) 5 § seuraavasti:
5 §Valtionapuviranomainen
Valtionapuviranomaisia ovat sosiaali- ja terveysministeriö ja Sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöjen avustuskeskus.
Valtionavustusten myöntämisestä päättää sosiaali- ja terveysministeriö.
Sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöjen avustuskeskus voi avustuksen saajan hakemuksesta erityisestä syystä tehdä avustuspäätökseen vähäisiä ja teknisluonteisia muutoksia, pidentää avustuksen käyttöaikaa sekä siirtää avustuksen toiselle yleishyödylliselle oikeuskelpoiselle yhdistykselle tai säätiölle. Sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöjen avustuskeskus voi päättää maksatuksen keskeytyksestä sekä avustuksen takaisinperinnästä.
Sekä sosiaali- ja terveysministeriöllä että Sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöjen avustuskeskuksella on oikeus saada valtionapuviranomaisen tehtävän toteuttamisen kannalta tarpeelliset ja riittävät tiedot.
Sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöjen avustuskeskus vastaa avustusten myöntämistä koskevien päätösten toimeenpanosta.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
