Laki eräiden kansaneläkeindeksiin sidottujen etuuksien ylimääräisestä indeksitarkistuksesta vuonna 2022
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Sen lisäksi, mitä kansaneläkeindeksistä annetussa laissa (456/2001) säädetään, 1 päivänä elokuuta 2022 tarkistetaan seuraavat kansaneläkeindeksiin sidotut etuudet ja rahamäärät käyttäen kansaneläkeindeksin pistelukuna lukua 1 733:
1) kansaneläkelain (568/2007), kansaneläkelain voimaanpanosta annetun lain (569/2007) ja takuueläkkeestä annetun lain (703/2010) mukaiset etuudet ja rahamäärät sekä eläketukilain (1531/2016) mukainen eläketuen määrä;
2) rintamasotilaseläkelain (119/1977) ja ulkomaille maksettavasta rintamalisästä annetun lain (988/1988) mukaiset etuudet ja rahamäärät;
3) vammaisetuuksista annetun lain (570/2007) mukaiset vammaisetuudet ja rahamäärät;
4) sairausvakuutuslain (1224/2004) mukaisen sairaus- ja vanhempainpäivärahojen sekä erityishoitorahan vähimmäismäärä sekä Kansaneläkelaitoksen kuntoutusetuuksista ja kuntoutusrahaetuuksista annetun lain (566/2005) mukaisen kuntoutusrahan vähimmäismäärä;
5) lasten kotihoidon tuesta ja yksityisen hoidon tuesta annetun lain (1128/1996) mukaiset etuudet ja rahamäärät
6) työttömyysturvalain (1290/2002) mukaisen peruspäivärahan, peruspäivärahan korotusosan, työmarkkinatuen, työmarkkinatuen korotusosan ja lapsikorotuksen määrä sekä peruspäivärahan määrään sidottujen etuuksien määrät;
7) sotilasavustuslain (781/1993) mukaisen perusavustuksen määrä;
8) opintotukilain (65/1994) mukaisen opintorahan, opintorahan huoltajakorotuksen ja oppimateriaalisän määrät;
9) aikuiskoulutusetuuksista annetun lain (1276/2000) mukaisen aikuiskoulutustuen perusosan määrä;
10) toimeentulotuesta annetun lain (1412/1997) mukaisen toimeentulotuen perusosan määrä;
11) maatalouden harjoittamisesta luopumisen tukemisesta annetun lain (612/2006) mukainen luopumistuen täydennysosa ja lapsikorotus.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
