Laki kunnan peruspalvelujen valtionosuudesta annetun lain 36 ja 55 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan kunnan peruspalvelujen valtionosuudesta annetun lain (1704/2009) 36 §:n 4 momentti ja 55 §:n 1 momentti, sellaisina kuin ne ovat laissa 1376/2019, ja lisätään 36 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1376/2019, uusi 5—8 momentti seuraavasti:
36 §Määräaikaiset kuntien valtionosuuteen kohdistuvat vähennykset ja lisäykset
Vuonna 2020 kunnan peruspalvelujen valtionosuudesta vähennetään 1,82 euroa asukasta kohden liittyen kuntien digitalisaation kannustinjärjestelmän toteuttamiseen.
Vuonna 2020 kunnan peruspalvelujen valtionosuuteen lisätään 32,80 euroa asukasta kohden, 106,73 euroa alle 18-vuotiasta asukasta kohden ja 50,07 euroa 65 vuotta täyttänyttä asukasta kohden koronavirusepidemiasta aiheutuvien taloudellisten vaikutusten johdosta.
Vuonna 2020 kunnille maksetaan yhteensä 370 miljoonaa euroa koronavirusepidemiasta aiheutuvien taloudellisten vaikutusten johdosta. Korvaus maksetaan kunnille verovuoden 2020 verontilityksissä sovellettavien kunnallisveron jako-osuuksien mukaisessa suhteessa.
