Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskuksista sekä elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskusten kehittämis- ja hallintokeskuksesta annetun lain (897/2009) 3 a §:n 2 momentin 7 ja 8 kohta, sellaisina kuin ne ovat, 7 kohta laissa 444/2024 ja 8 kohta laissa 382/2023, ja lisätään 3 a §:n 2 momenttiin, sellaisena kuin se on laeissa 382/2023 ja 444/2024, uusi 9 kohta seuraavasti:
3 a §Kehittämis- ja hallintokeskuksen tehtävät
Lisäksi kehittämis- ja hallintokeskuksen tehtävänä on:
7) tukea työvoimaviranomaisia työvoimapalvelujärjestelmän kehittämisessä sekä antaa työvoimaviranomaisille oikeudellista neuvontaa työvoimapalveluiden järjestämisestä annetun lain (380/2023), työllistymisen monialaisesta edistämisestä annetun lain (381/2023), työttömyysturvalain ja kotoutumisen edistämisestä annetun lain (681/2023) toimeenpanossa;
8) toimia tietoja, menettelyjä sekä neuvonta- ja ongelmanratkaisupalveluja saataville tarjoavan yhteisen digitaalisen palveluväylän perustamisesta ja asetuksen (EU) N:o 1024/2012 muuttamisesta annetun Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston asetuksen (EU) 2018/1724, jäljempänä SDG-asetus , 28 artiklan mukaisena kansallisena koordinaattorina ja SDG-asetuksessa tarkoitetun palveluväylän todistusmateriaalin vaihtoon liittyvän kansallisen teknisen järjestelmän rekisterinpitäjänä sekä vastaanottaa ja luovuttaa edelleen palveluväylässä liikkuvaa todistusmateriaalia SDG-asetuksessa tarkoitettujen toimivaltaisten viranomaisten välillä mahdollisten salassapitosäännösten estämättä siltä osin kuin se on välttämätöntä SDG-asetuksessa määritettyjä tarkoituksia varten ja siinä säädetyt rajoitukset huomioiden;
9) hoitaa muita kuin 1–8 kohdassa tarkoitettuja erikseen säädettyjä tai työ- ja elinkeinoministeriön määräämiä tehtäviä.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
