Anticipating health risks using patient data
Wellbeing services counties will be granted the right to analyse patient data in their registers to detect residents' health risks and treatment gaps in advance. Healthcare professionals will be able to use this data to contact residents belonging to risk groups and invite them for check-ups or treatment.

Focusing occupational healthcare reimbursements on prevention
Kela reimbursements for occupational healthcare will be amended so that financial support is targeted more strongly toward preventive work instead of medical care. At the same time, the reimbursement rate for preventive occupational healthcare will be harmonised at 60 per cent for everyone.
