    Farms will be able to receive subsidised advisory services to develop their operations and improve their competitiveness. In addition, support conditions for goat kids for slaughter will be eased, and cuts to support resulting from errors in area declarations will be softened.

    Streamlining agricultural support administration

    Guidance on the supervision of cross-compliance requirements for plant protection products will be transferred to Tukes (the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency), and support tasks granted by the ELY Centres (Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment) can be centralised. In addition, the duration of national support for young farmers will be capped at a maximum of five years.
