    Nurses who have completed supplementary training will be able to prescribe medicines on a limited basis also in home care, specialised medical care and publicly outsourced services. The change will speed up patients' access to care and free up doctors' working time for more demanding tasks.

    Vehicle inspection licences will become company-specific, allowing a single licence to cover all vehicle categories and removing the obligation for stations to offer all inspection services.
