European patent court division in Finland
A local division of the European Unified Patent Court will be established in Finland. This will allow patent disputes to be heard domestically in Finnish, Swedish and English.

Finland will introduce the European unitary patent and accede to the Unified Patent Court. A single application will allow patent protection to be obtained across multiple EU countries at once, and disputes will be resolved in a common court.
