Clarifying rules on seed potato areas
A new act will be enacted for the special seed potato area formed by Tyrnävä and Liminka, safeguarding the purity of potato production and plant health. The act lays down more clearly the seed potato classes permitted in the area and the supervisory powers of the authorities.
