Reforming voluntary military service for women
The Act on Voluntary Military Service for Women would be reformed and brought into line with the Constitution. At the same time, the period for voluntarily discontinuing service would be shortened to 30 days and the provisions harmonised with the Conscription Act.

Streamlining military and non-military service
Conscripts will have to begin their military service no later than the year in which they turn 29. At the same time, call-ups will be streamlined and repeated call-up orders will be abolished in cases where a court has dismissed charges of refusal to perform service.

Clarifying suspension of artist grants
