Extending electricity compensation deadlines
A new deadline is set for error correction applications for electricity compensation, and the processing and payment period for compensation is extended until the summer of 2024. The amendment ensures that all consumers entitled to support receive their compensation and that electricity companies receive the corresponding government reimbursements.

Tightening terms for housing loans
The maturity of new housing loans and housing company loans will as a rule be limited to a maximum of 30 years, and the share of housing company loans in new-build properties will be reduced. In addition, supervision of all consumer credit will be transferred to the Financial Supervisory Authority.
