The car tax reduction for standard taxis will be phased out over four years. Large accessible minivans and school transport taxis will instead be made fully exempt from car tax.

Reforming alcohol interlock regulation
Separate acts concerning alcohol interlocks will be replaced with a new, unified Act on Alcohol Interlocks and amendments to the Driving Licence Act. At the same time, arrangements for supervised driving rights will be eased by removing the obligation to periodically download alcohol interlock usage data.
