Making stock market listings easier
Companies' access to the stock exchange and capital markets will be made easier by easing prospectus requirements and lowering the threshold for listing. Regulation will be made more flexible, particularly to promote access to financing for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Revising financial supervision and insider rules
The powers and sanction provisions of the Financial Supervisory Authority will be specified to align with European Union derivatives regulation. The obligation to maintain project-specific insider lists will be retained for companies listed on SME growth markets.
