Extending business debt collection protections
Temporary price caps on debt collection costs for businesses will be extended until the end of April 2022 to ease payment difficulties caused by the coronavirus crisis. At the same time, the use of a demand for payment under threat of publication (a draft) will be restricted and the response time for it will be extended.
