Permitting heavy snowmobiles on routes
A new vehicle category of heavy snowmobile will be established in legislation, permitted to operate on specifically designated snowmobile routes. These larger snowmobiles can carry more passengers at a time.

Reforming road safety funding and steering
The funding and steering of Liikenneturva and road accident investigation will be reformed. Supervision of operations and the awarding of grants will be transferred from the ministry to agencies.
