Restricting nicotine pouch sales and use
Nicotine pouches will be brought under the scope of the Tobacco Act, making their retail sale subject to a licence and introducing a maximum nicotine limit. Only mint and menthol flavours will be permitted in the products, and the possession of all tobacco substitutes will be prohibited for persons under 18 years of age.

Nicotine pouches will be brought under the Tobacco Act, making their sale in shops subject to a licence and prohibiting online sales. Nicotine and flavour restrictions will be set for the products, and the possession of all tobacco substitutes will be prohibited for persons under 18 years of age.

Banning flavours in heated tobacco products
Heated tobacco products will be subject to the same bans on flavourings and additives as traditional cigarettes. Versions with flavours such as fruit or menthol may no longer be sold.
