The titles of patient and social ombudsmen will change to ombudspersons, and the organisation of services will be centralised mainly in the wellbeing services counties, including for private healthcare. At the same time, a master's degree qualification requirement will be set for patient ombudspersons and the independence of the services will be strengthened.
