Establishing maternity of birth mothers
The maternity of a birth mother could be established and confirmed by an authority through DNA testing if documentary evidence is not available. In addition, a court could, as a last resort, order a parentage test to be carried out on a deceased person who has been buried.

Reforming data protection for biobanks
The processing of personal data by biobanks will be brought into line with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Consent will still be required to provide a sample, but the processing of data in a biobank will be based on the public interest.

Higher Kela reimbursements for coronavirus tests
A higher Kela reimbursement will be paid for coronavirus tests carried out in private healthcare. The reimbursement can also be paid directly to the service provider when an employer pays the employee's co-payment for the test.
