Securing pay security in company survival agreements
Employees' pay security will remain safeguarded even in situations where postponing or reducing pay has been agreed at the workplace to save the company. Pay security authorities will also gain access to reports from the Grey Economy Information Unit to support decision-making and supervision.

Reforming business subsidy conditions and evaluation
New quality and effectiveness requirements will be set for business subsidies granted by the state. The legality of subsidies and compliance with EU rules will be ensured through prior assessment by public authorities.
